A Letter from the President
High Ridge Ventures was started in my family room to provide our customers with a project partner that delivers a project with more than the philosophy of "on time, on budget," but also the highest workmanship possible. We aim to maintain camaraderie and teamwork among our entire project staff.
We operate our business from the position of; treat our customer and our sub-contractors with the highest level of respect and thoughtfulness. Above all act with the highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability.
I have been fortunate to have grown up and worked with great people who have shaped my personal philosophy. My parents taught me that "a days pay is the result of a days work," and that "you reap what you sow." I have also worked with great people who have taught me that integrity is who you are when no one is looking and that everyone is deserving of the highest level of respect.
We are a contracting company that's really in the people business. We want our partners to be lifelong friends. No request should be viewed as unreasonable or inconvenient to us. Our partners and customers are due our full attention and commitment to not just meet but exceed their expectations.
